- General information on the ordering process
To avoid waiting, our order advance booking it operates based on. Every day, during the last hour, we conduct a preventive clinic, for which an advance appointment is also required.
To ensure order continuity, please submit your medication requests via email, not by phone., through our website or are submitted through the Egészségablak app. The deadline for submitting requested medications and referrals is 1 business day.

During business days between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM: During ordering hours at the provided phone number.
During or outside of order processing hours, call only in case of emergency: 06-20-912-7701.
- On-call services
On weekdays between 4:00 PM and 8:00 AM, as well as on weekends and holidays, the city's on-call service is available, Hetényi Géza Hospital and Outpatient Clinic at the site (5000 Szolnok, Tószegi út 21.).
Call the 1830the central emergency number if you require primary care or emergency services outside of office hours.
In case of acute life-threatening emergency, call emergency number 112 immediately!
Coverage for those entitled to social security
We provide comprehensive, free-of-charge primary care services to our adult patients who are registered with our practice and possess a valid TAJ card. In addition to primary care, our convenience services are also available for a separate fee, such as in-home patient examinations.
Provision for those not eligible for NHI
Primary care is also available for those who do not have a valid TAJ card. For them, we provide care through private practice for a fee.
Medical Expert Examinations and Opinions
We conduct legally mandated and other necessary general practitioner or medical expert examinations and medical opinions. We provide health status certifications for insurance, amateur sports activities, camp attendance, dormitory admission, trip cancellations, for a fee.
Vaccinations
We provide age-appropriate mandatory and optional vaccinations, along with consultations. We specialize in seasonal vaccines (influenza, coronavirus) and vaccinations for international travel. We also assist with vaccine procurement.
